Where we deliver

The United Kingdom and all EU member states. Switzerland, Norway and Iceland are handled case by case — write to us before ordering.

Everything ships from our European hub rather than from the studio, which is what makes a single return process possible.

Cost and timing

United Kingdom: two to three working days. Complimentary over £130, otherwise £6.

European Union: two to four working days. Complimentary over €150, otherwise €8.

Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day are picked the same day. We do not offer a next-day service, because for pieces made in runs of forty it would be a promise we could not keep reliably.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are calculated and settled before checkout on every order, UK and EU alike. There is no second invoice from a courier.

If a carrier ever asks you for a payment on a LePont parcel, do not pay it — send it to us. We will resolve it and reimburse anything you have already paid.

Returns

28 days from delivery, unworn and with tags, on one prepaid label whether you are in Leeds or Lisbon. Reduced pieces return on identical terms.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching our hub. Delivery charges are refunded when the whole order is returned.

Jewellery and made-to-order pieces are excluded where hygiene or bespoke production makes a return impossible. This is stated on the product page before you buy, never afterwards.

What is not a fault

Over-dyed indigo crocks and moves for the first year. Waxed cotton softens unevenly and is meant to. Hand-dyed lots do not match between seasons, and hand-linked knitwear varies slightly piece to piece.

These are properties of how the pieces are made, and every affected listing says so in Fabric & Care. If something is genuinely wrong, it is a fault and we will treat it as one.

Packaging

Recycled and recyclable throughout — paper tape, no plastic polybags, and a returns label already inside the box.
